Today our barbell crew completed a Hero WOD, a CrossFit session designed in memory of a service member who has died in the line of fire. Today’s WOD was named “Lambo” in the memory of Matthew Lambert, a sniper who died in Afghanistan in 2011.

A tough little workout in the format of 21-15-9 consisting of;
Squat Snatches
Kettlebell Swings
Toes to Bars
And ending the session with 200 skips.

A quick note about Easter Monday: we have one 5pm session, and family/friends are more than welcome. Casual attendance is $15, simply DM us to join in.

The festive season is well and truely upon us. Our bootcamp sessions for the Christmas and New Year period are;
Mon 22nd Dec - 5pm and 6pm sessions
Wed 24th Dec - No session
Thurs 25th Dec - No session

Mon 29th Dec - 5pm and 6pm sessions
Wed 31st Dec - No session
Thurs 1st Jan - No session

Mon 5th Jan - return to normal schedule.

Casual attendance over this period is of course welcome - $15 per session. Simply DM to book in.
