Today was a me day. 🤍

Today I focused on filling my own cup. I went for a lovely walk, enjoyed a refreshing swim, and took some time to slow down and recharge.

As mums, women, and caregivers, we’re often so busy looking after everyone else that we forget about ourselves. But you can’t pour from an empty cup.

Take the walk. Go for the swim. Do the thing that makes you feel good.

Fill up your own cup first, so you can show up as the best version of yourself for those around you. ✨

We are hosting a complimentary Mums & Bubs fitness session, run by one of our incredible local Alumni Be You With Chloe who runs her own High-Intensity & Bootcamp gym!

When: Friday morning, 12 June
@ 9:30am

Where: SHC: The new Sports & Wellness Precinct.

Spots available: 8 ONLY (First in, first served!). Must book.

Cost: FREE (There is just a $5 contribution fee, as the Alumni Association is subsidising the balance cost to give back to our community!)

This is a fun, supportive, and inclusive session designed specifically for mums and their little ones. Whether you are just getting back into movement or looking to level up, we've got you covered:

The Workout: A mix of strength exercises, functional movements, and light cardio.

All Levels Welcome: Options and modifications will be provided to suit whatever stage of the fitness journey you are in.

The Vibe: A welcoming environment where you can build confidence, focus on your wellbeing, and exercise with your bub right by your side.

Starting Wednesday, we’re taking on The Push-Up Challenge and we’d love you to be part of our team!

From 3–26 June, we’ll be aiming to complete 3,307 push-ups to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia.

This challenge is about more than push-ups. It’s about supporting mental health, starting important conversations, and challenging ourselves to step outside our comfort zones.

Some days, the most important workout isn’t the hardest one… it’s the one that gives your mind a chance to breathe. 🤍

Lately, walking has been exactly that for me.

No pressure. No expectations. Just time to switch off from the noise of the busy world, clear my head, and be present in the moment.

It’s easy to think we always need to be doing more, moving faster, or pushing harder. But sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is slow down, take a walk, and reconnect with yourself.

Every step is a reminder that progress isn’t just about physical strength it’s about looking after your mental wellbeing too.

So if life feels overwhelming right now, put on your shoes, get outside, and walk. The fresh air, the quiet moments, and the chance to simply be present might be exactly what you need. ✨

Saturday mornings are about so much more than exercise. 🤍

At the end of class, the kids asked if they could go and do their stretches with Bewsy. Of course, the answer was yes!

Watching Eliza join in and follow the entire cool-down routine, nailing every stretch along the way, was such a beautiful reminder that little eyes are always watching. They see us showing up, moving our bodies, taking care of ourselves, and being part of something bigger.

That’s what I love most about our Saturday mornings. It’s not just a workout it’s a community. A place where everyone is welcome, where friendships are built, where kids grow up seeing healthy habits in action, and where we come together to finish the week stronger than we started.

You never know who you’re inspiring just by showing up. 💙

But you’re still showing up and that counts for everything. ✨

Today’s reminder: exercise doesn’t have to look like ticking a box or following a perfect plan 🤍 Life is busy, the weather changes, and some days you just take the little windows you get.

So today it was a walk squeezed in between the showers with someone who gets just as excited about it as I do 🐾 The little moments, the extra movement, the fresh air… it all matters.

Stop waiting for perfect. Move in the ways you can, when you can. Those small choices add up more than you think ✨

A little story about where the name Coco came from 🤍 Years ago, when Frankie was little, she couldn’t say Chloe properly… so instead she called me Coco. And somehow it just stuck! 😂

Now I’m pretty sure more people know me as Coco than Chloe! Such a special thing that came from Frankie without even realising it 🥹🤍
