This time last year, we started our Winter Wellness challenge - we loved it as a way to stay motivated through the colder months; physically, nutritionally and mindfully 🏃‍♀️🥑🧘‍♀️

Say hi 👋 to Ciara, our newest team member here at BB! 🌟
Ciara has a real passion for health and fitness, having been around the Geelong fitness industry for two years now, we’re feeling very lucky to now have her on our team 🙌
Here’s a bit about Ciara to get to know her.

“I’ve been in the fitness industry for two years now and am absolutely loving it! I began with completing my Certificate 3 & 4 in Fitness before continuing my studies with my Reformer Pilates and Nutrition Science qualifications. I’m currently completing my Master in Female Training certificate.
Being part of the fitness industry continues to inspire me; it is incredibly empowering to be surrounded by likeminded people who are all working to better themselves, mentally and physically.
My favourite training style is through strength and resistance, for the overall long term benefits including building muscle mass and improving bone density.
Currently my own goal is working towards stepping back on stage for my third bodybuilding season! ✨
In my spare time, I find joy in the simple moments such as walking along the beach and spending time with family and friends.

I’m excited to share my passion and knowledge and getting to know all of you here at BB 😊”
