Some questions do not need perfect answers.
Just honest ones.

Maybe resilience for you today looks like slowing down.
Maybe it looks like trying again.
Maybe it simply looks like making it through the day.

Wherever you are right now, let yourself answer honestly.

There’s no right answer, just honesty.

A lot of people call themselves lazy when they’re actually overwhelmed.

When your mind is carrying too much stress, pressure, emotional load, or constant responsibility, even simple tasks can start to feel difficult.

That is not failure.
That is overload.

Your nervous system was never designed to operate under pressure all the time.

Sometimes the most productive thing you can do is slow down enough to understand what your mind and body are trying to tell you.

Small steps still count.
Rest still counts.
Starting again still counts.

What’s one thing you’ve been judging yourself for lately?

Not all resilience looks strong.

Sometimes it looks like getting through the day exhausted.
Sometimes it looks like doing the small things anyway.
Sometimes it looks like resting without guilt.
And sometimes, it simply looks like continuing quietly.

Real resilience is not always visible. It is personal, honest, and often happening in moments no one else sees.

What does resilience look like for you right now?

Justine Martin will be joining the Global Women’s Peace Network Guest Presenter Series with a powerful talk titled “When Women Rise, Communities Change.”

Leadership begins the moment we choose not to be defined by adversity. In this session, Justine shares how resilience, courage, and moxie can turn life’s toughest challenges into meaningful leadership that uplifts others.

Through honest storytelling and lived experience, she explores a simple truth: when women rise with strength and purpose, the ripple effect extends far beyond the individual, transforming families, communities, and society as a whole.

Some days resilience looks powerful.
Confident.
Certain.

But other days… it simply looks like getting out of bed.
Replying to the message.
Taking the next breath.
Making it through the day without giving up on yourself.

And that still counts.

Because resilience is not always loud or inspiring.
Sometimes it is quiet, invisible and deeply personal.

So if all you did today was continue, let that be enough for now. 💛

What if resilience is not about “getting over it”…
but learning how to keep living alongside it?

Moxie is a raw and honest memoir by Justine Martin about surviving trauma, chronic illness, grief and reinvention when life does not go back to what it once was.

No toxic positivity.
No perfect recovery story.

Just the truth about what it means to keep showing up anyway.

If you have ever felt exhausted, underestimated or forced to rebuild yourself from the ground up, this book will speak to you.

They look like they’re coping.
They look like they’ve got it together.
They look “fine.” 💭

But high-functioning people are often the ones burning out the hardest.

Because when you’re used to holding everything together…
you don’t notice when you’re falling apart.

You push through.
You perform.
You keep going.

Until your body starts speaking louder than your mind.

Burnout isn’t a breakdown out of nowhere, it’s the result of long-term over-functioning without enough recovery. 💛

So here’s the question:
How long have you been calling survival… success?

If this resonates, it might be time to do things differently, before your body forces you to.

Book a coaching session with Justine Martin and start rebuilding in a way that actually supports you.

What if you don’t actually have to fall apart… to change your life?

We’ve been taught that change only happens after a breakdown.
That things have to get “bad enough” before we’re allowed to choose differently.

But what if that belief is the very thing keeping people stuck?

Because the signs are often already there… quietly showing up long before everything breaks.

The exhaustion you keep brushing off.
The loss of motivation you explain away.
That feeling of being disconnected from yourself that you can’t quite name.

They’re not random. They’re signals.

So here’s the uncomfortable question:
How long have you been ignoring what you already know?

This blog explores why you don’t need a crisis to make a change, and what it really means to choose differently before things fall apart.

The real shift might be happening earlier than you think.

You don’t need rock bottom to deserve better.

One moment can change everything.

Not always the big, loud, life-altering kind…
Sometimes it’s a quiet decision.
A brave “yes.”
A firm “no.”
A step you almost didn’t take.

Moments like that don’t just pass… they shape you.

So if you’re standing at a crossroads right now, unsure, hesitant, maybe even scared, this could be that moment.

The one you look back on and realise… this is where everything shifted.

What moment changed your life?

Some books are written to inspire…
MOXIE was written because it had to be. 💛

This isn’t a story wrapped in perfection.
It’s raw. It’s honest. It’s the kind of truth that only comes from living through the hard days and choosing to rise anyway.

Justine Martin didn’t just write a book—she poured 6 years of resilience, courage, and real-life moments into every page.

MOXIE is for you if you’ve ever:
✨ Had to start again
✨ Faced something you didn’t choose
✨ Questioned your strength—but kept going anyway

Because moxie isn’t about having it all together…
It’s about finding something deep within you when everything feels like it’s falling apart.

If you feel called to this story, trust that.
There might be something in these pages waiting just for you.
