๐ ONE FOR THE MUMS.... ๐ท
Last week we were chatting to one of our mums, working out how she could fit her interval run into her week while her regular helpers at home were away.
She wasnโt looking for excuses โ she was looking for a way to make it happen.
So this oneโs for the mums living the juggle every day.
(Don't worry - we're not forgetting the dads, just celebrating the mums amongst us)
The family load.
The kids.
The schedules.
The never-ending mental checklistโฆ
And still โ finding a way to show up for themselves.
Theyโre the ones making lunches, washing clothes, remembering sports days, casual days, pupil-free daysโฆ organising presents, parties โ all of it.
And still โ theyโre making time to run.
To train. To move. To feel good.
To have goals.
Weโve got mums bringing their little ones along because dadโs away.
Mums hiring babysitters so they can make a session they LOVE.
Mums ducking out mid-session for work pick-up โ then coming back to finish.
Mums leaving early to tag-team the juggle at home.
No excuses. Just finding a way.
Being a mum to young kids doesnโt last forever โ but it also shouldnโt mean putting yourself on hold.
