• fastest 10km row erg in mixed pairs
• best purple outfit on the day

If you want to do strict pull ups you need these 3 exercises

Do each 1-2 times per week.

Lat pulldown and curls for 8-12 reps each working to get 80-85% of your body weight

Scap pull ups go for max reps pausing for 1-2 seconds at the top and bottom.

A lot of guys waste their time doing this

Share with a mate so he doesn’t waste his time

Instead of doing 3 of the same exercises do this

1 x horizontal pull
1 x horizontal press
1 x vertical press
1 x vertical pull
1 x bicep, tricep and lateral raise.

If you think that’s not enough you aren’t training hard enough.

Pick another variation of each to do as your second upper body session.

If you want to do pull ups with ease this is for you

Do this 3 times a week until you can get up to 20 reps with in a workout.

Keep doing your lat pulldown, scrap depressions and bicep curls for 8-12 reps increasing load where you can.
