One of my favourite movements to get the glutes firing before doing a leg session!

TIP:
Make sure the body stays upright with your weight shifted onto your non-moving leg. You don’t want to let the back take over or move your body away from the wall.

5 minutes on the stepper

Followed by a circuit of:
3x30 seconds on, 15 seconds off
- Kettlebell Swings
- Mountain Climbers
- Kettlebell Cleans
- Assault Bike
