One of the biggest mistakes ladies can make with their fitness goals, is thinking progress is only shown with weight loss.

My client recently compared another body composition scan and here’s what we found.

✨Lean body mass increased from 41.4kgs to 42.5kgs
✨Skeletal muscle mass increased from 22.9kg to 23.5kg
✨ Body fat % slightly reduced from 25.5% to 25.3%

When you’re trying to build muscle, it can be easy to put on fat/weight at the same time, because you have to eat more.

But in this case 🔥🔥 She’s built over 1kg of lean muscle in 6 weeks and decreased body fat!!!

This is what happens when your stop looking for quick fixes and and focus on the fundamentals - eating for your goal according to your individual scan numbers and lifestyle.

The exciting thing is, now she’s even more motivated then ever and we’re setting a huge goal for September.

We still have a lot of work to do, but if she keeps taking these same steps there’s no reason she can’t achieve it.

I’ve been off gluten and coffee for about 7 months, and it’s been helpful for many things in my gut.

But this week I decided to bring back gluten, not in huge amounts as I definitely think minimal is best. but happy to reintroduce it now🙏🏼

I’m fine without coffee 👍 If you ever see me with a coffee cup, it’s probably a peppermint tea or hot chocolate 😄
