One workout. One community. One incredible cause.

To support Emily’s journey to the World Triathlon Championships, we took on The Script Triathlon - Swim, Bike, Run… then emptied the tank with some of Em’s favourite movements.

The result?

$2,800 raised and a reminder of just how special this community is.

Thank you to everyone who donated, bought raffle tickets, showed up and got sweaty.

We’re heading back to the Down Under Championship this November… and we’re bringing 12 athletes with us💥

Massive congratulations to every athlete who took on the DUC Qualifiers. It was incredible to watch new movements unlocked and athletes tap into a level they didn’t even know existed.

There’s something special about competition. It has a way of pulling more out of you than you thought possible.

Now the hard work continues. We can’t wait to see what unfolds on the competition floor in November.

Join us on Friday 28 August as we help support Emily on her journey to represent Australia at the 2026 World Triathlon Championships in Europe.

New training block kicks off today, programmed by

This is the final 4-week block of our 16-week training phase.

The focus of this block is testing and peaking. We’ll revisit benchmark workouts in Weeks 1 & 2 before rolling into our strength tests in Weeks 3 & 4.

We’ve been building towards this for the last 12 weeks. Time to see what we’ve got. 😤
