Olympic Weightlifting Seminar

To learn from one of the best to ever do it was something special. Michaela gave our community more than cues on the sn**ch and clean & jerk - she gave perspective, confidence, and a deeper respect for the craft of lifting.

Bar path, timing, patience, aggression when it matters. The small details that change everything.

Mechanics before intensity. Technique before load - something CrossFit and weightlifting can both agree on.

Can’t wait to see the squad put this into action.

3 years of Script. 🖤

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our All In Birthday WOD and helped celebrate another lap around the sun.

But more than that - thank you for trusting us with your health, your fitness, your confidence, and your time. Thank you for letting us coach you through the moments you didn’t think you had it in you.

CrossFit is never just about the workout. It’s about becoming more capable for life, building resilience, and proving to yourself that you can do hard things. Watching that happen inside these walls every day is the best part of all of this.

Three years in… and somehow it still feels like we’re only just getting started.

Thank you for backing us. We hope you believe in us even half as much as we believe in you.

It’s been a HUGE couple of months at Script - The Open, Quarterfinals and plenty going on 😮‍💨 but the squad has stayed consistent.

Huge congrats to .me.jono & for taking out February & March respectively.

Week 1 of the new training block is in the books… and all this barbell work has us thinking about Barbell Buckaroo 🤠

Warm up ✔️

Strength
On the 2 min for 12 min (6 sets):
2 Power Clean + 1 Squat Clean
Start at approx. 60% 1RM Clean and build to heavy
TnG optional

Conditioning
(Mixed–mode work capacity. Barbell cycling)
