Shout out to my silent business partner who takes 47% of the profits but never takes the calls, gets the loan, makes the repayments, chases invoices, deals with customers, builds the business, fixes problems, works weekends, loses sleep, misses holidays, pays the bills, or takes a single risk.

Meanwhile, we throw our own money back into growing the business, buy the machines, take all the liability, wear the stress, and gamble everything hoping it all works out.

Funny how the bloke actually running the business gets all the pressure… while our silent investors are guaranteed a cut but couldn’t point to the job site on a map 🍻
