Today we say a bittersweet farewell to Lucas King 🫶🏼

Lucas has spent the last few years being a valued member and coach for most of our early morning sessions (thanks Lucas, legend).
Your smile and charisma every morning will be missed and I speak for everyone when I say you have an ability to manage and coordinate large classes with ease.
You will be missed mate but we will welcome you back with open arms whenever you come to visit. Enjoy Wollongong,

CFSFS Sunday Run Club
We know it’s cold… we know people hate running… BUT running helps build aerobic endurance, allowing you to recover faster between high-intensity efforts and maintain performance throughout long workouts. It also improves cardiovascular efficiency and mental resilience while placing less fatigue on the body than longer-distance running, making it easier to fit into a strength and conditioning program.

We also get to have coffee after 🫶🏼
