Meet Angie 💚

Angie has recently started working with Barbara as part of her rehabilitation journey. Living with MS, Angie is using the Neubie machine alongside Barbara’s guidance to help support her movement, mobility and everyday function.

The goal is simple but incredibly important — helping Angie move more comfortably and making those everyday tasks a little easier.

We’re so excited to see where this journey takes her🙌

The team has completed 20 weeks of Strength & Conditioning training with Coach Tim, Momentum Coaching & Performance and we’ve absolutely loved having you in the gym every Monday night.

It’s been an absolute pleasure being part of your 2026 season, not only supporting you through your strength and conditioning, but also sponsoring the team and looking after all your recovery needs along the way. 🙌

Corinne’s First Week 💚

Shout out to Corinne, who has returned to Limitless for our 10-week challenge! 👏

As a single mum with an eight-year-old, juggling work, parenting and everything else life throws at you, finding the time to prioritise yourself can be tough. Corinne has found it difficult to commit to her health in the past, but this time she made a decision: she was going to put herself first.

Corinne has already completed sessions Tuesday evening, Thursday evening and tonight.

One of my highlights tonight was watching Corinne tackle box jumps.

She was scared and didn’t believe she could do them. We worked through it together, I gave her some cues and encouragement, and she trusted me enough to give it a go.

And she DID IT! 🙌

Watching her confidence grow throughout the session and seeing her finish the workout completing box jumps was incredible. Even better, she and her son got to do the session together.

Corinne is making the most of what she has, making better choices with her food, getting her training in and doing what she can to prioritise her health.

And she’s not stopping there — she’ll be joining us for conditioning tomorrow too! 💪

Well done, Corinne, on an amazing first week!

You’ve made yourself a priority, and that’s what this challenge is all about.

We can’t wait to see what the next 9 weeks brings for you! 💚
