We’re excited to announce our new youth classes starting next week on Monday 430pm and Wednesday 530pm with coach Tim

If you’d like your teen to:

🌟 Meet Riley! 🌟

Riley is one of our dedicated Youth PT clients, and she continues to impress us every single week. She shows up, works hard, listens carefully to instructions, and always gives her best effort during every session.

Outside of the gym, Riley is already making her mark in sport, competing in both ice hockey and Muay Thai while also committing to weekly Personal Training sessions with
Her work ethic, determination, and positive attitude are exactly what it takes to succeed both on and off the field.

We’re incredibly proud of the effort Riley puts in week after week, and we’re excited to watch her continue to grow as an athlete.

This is going to be a fun and motivating challenge within the gym, bringing our community together while supporting an important cause. Whether you complete every push-up or simply do your best, every effort counts.

Our strength classes run Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, with the option to do 2–4 sessions each week. The program is split into two upper body and two lower body days, helping you build strength, confidence, and consistency.

We also offer conditioning classes — high-intensity sessions designed to get your heart rate up, improve fitness, and challenge you in the best way possible 🔥

All of our classes, whether strength or conditioning, are designed for all fitness levels. Whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or wanting to take your training to the next level, our classes are for you.
