This is what it looks like here at Limitless Strength and Wellness 💪
Our strength classes run Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, with the option to do 2–4 sessions each week. The program is split into two upper body and two lower body days, helping you build strength, confidence, and consistency.
We also offer conditioning classes — high-intensity sessions designed to get your heart rate up, improve fitness, and challenge you in the best way possible 🔥
All of our classes, whether strength or conditioning, are designed for all fitness levels. Whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or wanting to take your training to the next level, our classes are for you.
