Our most popular class to get your Saturdays started out right! This action packed 60 minutes is designed to test you as an individual and as a team mate. Feel the support and electric atmosphere as you sweat your way through a full body functional fitness workout. GLUTES
The largest group of muscles in the body require attention. Training your GLUTES packs positive benefits from increased overall strength, resilient lower back, muscular and well defined glutes, a head turning physique. This one hour session combines weight training and isolating band work to give your glutes a reason to develop.
