Congratulations to UQ on taking out Round 2! 👏🏽

Brothers remain at the top of the overall standings on 30 points as the competition heats up. 🔥

A big thank you to Wynnum for hosting us. We’ll see you all next week at Norths for the State 7s Championships!

Beaten by the better side today. Congratulations to UQ on their 24–5 grand final win.

Trailing 24–0 at halftime, our girls showed plenty of fight to keep UQ scoreless in the second half and cross for a try of their own. It wasn’t enough, but we’re proud of their efforts throughout Day 2.

We remain two points clear at the top of the Caslick Cup standings with one tournament to go. Next week, it’s the big one—State 7s. Plenty still to play for!

Lastly a huge shout out to Wynnum Rugby Union Club for hosting an amazing weekend of 7s 🙌🏾

Back to the Grand Final for the second week running!

Our girls advance after a 12–12 draw with Bond, thanks to their higher finish in the round robin.

Next up: UQ at 3:40pm. Good luck, girls—bring it home!

Day 1 at the Brisbane Bays 7s done! ✅

Our Caslick Cup Women topped their pool with solid wins over Sunnybank and Norths and a draw against GPS. Next up: a Cup semi-final against Bond tomorrow at 12pm.

Our Social Men finished fifth, while our Super Social team answered a late SOS to fill a withdrawal—and went on to win their division!

Well done to all our teams for their efforts today. A big finals day awaits our Women tomorrow. Get behind them! ⚒️

We’re pleased to welcome back Colts 2 Head Coach Ben Hyne and Assistant Coach Tom Moloney, with one more coaching appointment to come.

After back-to-back premierships, Ben and Tom are excited to build on that success while continuing to develop our Colts and strengthen the club culture.

Join us for our Colts Info Night to meet the coaches and hear what’s ahead at Brothers in 2027.
