HOW does Someone fly and run the 8 states/territories of the country within 8 days?

Starting this Thursday 4th June, around mid morning in Perth, I’ll lace up and run the infamous Kings Park and then fly straight to Adelaide on the 1:20pm flight, settle into a hotel for the evening, wake up and run the River Torrens in Adelaide and then fly straight to Hobart.
Then I’ll continue to follow this similar routine from city to city:

⏰ WAKE
🏃‍♀️ RUN
✈️ FLY
🛌 SLEEP
🔁 REPEAT

PERTH 🌿 Kings Park
ADELAIDE 🏟 Adelaide Oval & River Torrens
HOBART ⚓ Salamanca Markets and Constitution Dock

People keep asking me why I’m doing this challenge…

Why all the flights?
Why all the running?
Why all the chaos?
……………………..

This tour is about more than running.
It’s about the unknown.
The uncomfortable.
The unpredictable.

The moments you can’t plan for.
The stories you don’t expect.
The memories you can’t buy.

It’s for the challenge.
It’s for the travel.
It’s for the adventure.
It’s for the fun.
It’s for the fitness.
It’s for pushing myself outside the ordinary
It’s for the experience.
It’s for the freedom.
It’s even for the early alarms, the delayed flights, the unknown, the things I can’t control.

And honestly.. it’s about doing something for me too.
As I hit the big 40 in a couple of months, I owed myself one of the craziest birthday presents ever… a chance to Fly ✈️ and Run 🏃‍♀️ through, above and around Australia 🇦🇺

Now… with the whys covered, lock in tomorrow to see HOW I plan on flying to all 8 states and running their iconic landmarks within 8 days!!! ✈️🏃‍♀️
