If overall health and longevity is a priority for you (which it should be for everyone!), finding a healthy balance between strength training and cardio is important. Throughout the industry we are starting to understand more and more how important strength training is but some people are neglecting their cardio training as a result. The key is to find a balance between both!

Unfortunately, being “skinny” is a trend that has come back around in 2026. In times like this, when you may feel tempted to give in to that mindset, it is extremely important to understand “why” you are training and how you fuel your body for overall health and longevity rather than purely focusing on physical appearance.

Our 9:30am class is a favourite for mums and grans who want to get their training in while bringing the kids along. With our Kids Corner available, they can play, hang out and be part of the Boss community too.

Today it’s thousands of sessions, hundreds of members, countless friendships, stronger bodies, healthier minds, kids growing up watching their parents prioritise themselves, and a community we’re incredibly proud of.

🏆 BELATED BOSS CHALLENGE WINNERS 🏆

Earlier this year, we ran our 8 Week Boss Challenge, and it’s finally time to recognise our top three!

Our winners were determined using a percentage-based scoring system, taking into account each participant’s body fat loss and muscle gain relative to their starting body composition.

🥇 1st Place – Tania W
