Following on from my last post where I introduced my blog,
here is a little more on why Classical Pilates matters to me.
It is something I continue to study, practice, and teach.
With experience, my understanding of it has deepened.
What stands out is not just the exercises,
but the structure behind them,
the intention within them,
and the way they integrate within a system, building progressively.
It asks for focus, patience, and consistency.
And in return, it develops strength, awareness,
and a way of moving that carries beyond the studio.
