Being born in the 90s, we grew up surrounded by hip hop, Space Jam, Nintendo, baggy clothes and all the other classic nostalgic novelties that shaped us as kids. The stuff that reminds us of growing up in a uniquely colourful and fun era.
Thats why when it came to choosing a theme for our wall-art, it was an easy decision for us - let's go with our nostalgic version of 'old school'.
Big chunky letters and popping colours, something loud that gives off 90s vibes and reminds us of our youth rocking baggy Fubu jumpers, buying CDs from Sanity and all the other sentimental moments growing up as kids.
As a gym, we wanted the space to be fun, tastefully colourful and welcoming to all walks of life. To us, this meant taking the risk of not going with the currently popular approach of black-on-black-on-black-on-black, but it was one we were willing to take!
2 years on, we love our space more and more and couldnt be more pleased with the decision to keep things funky and do things a little against the grain.
