A little bit about me for the new mummas. 🌸

Hello, I’m Abbey, these are my babes Aurora (3) and Arley (now 9mo).

I started HMVM in 2021 when Rory was 6 months old with a vision to create a safe place for mums to train along side/with their babies. 💪

I was a trainer for ten+ years before I fell pregnant with my daughter, specialising in kickboxing.

Fitness has always been such a huge part of my life.
I loved intense training. Hill runs, the snake pit, burpees (I was nuts 🥵). Yet becoming a mum the first time I struggled to get back into it. Now a mum of two. I find it difficult to put my fitness first or make myself a priority. It took a toll on my mental health and I struggle to feel good in my own skin.

After having my bubs I have focused on nurturing my body through movement that feels really good. My body that was once riddled with injuries is feeling free and capable. I am slowly building up the core foundations and it feels SO GOOD!

Motherhood has taken me from self loathe, to self love. 💓
How can you possibly have anything else but pure admiration for yourself after everything you have been through mumma? ✨

I wanted to create this community so we can all support, inspire and learn from one another.
If you feel apprehensive, self conscious, anxious or all of the above, just know that you are not alone. We are all in this together. 🌈

This is going to be so much fun. I can’t wait to get back to the ol’ stomping ground with my mumma’s and meet the new additions.

We’re back baby! 🫶🏼

HOT MUM VIBE MACHINE | VOL.2

I’m back from Victoria with baby number 2. I have a deeper appreciation for movements that nourish not just my body but my mind and soul that I can’t wait to share with you. 🧘‍♀️

Classes designed for all fitness levels aimed at Mums wanting to get back into exercise.

Using a combination of pilates, functional movements and boxing we will Improve flexibility, muscle strength and tone those bodies. Focusing on the fundamental core muscles - abdominal muscles, lower back, hips and buttocks that will set you up for all the physical challenges motherhood brings, because there are many! 😅

Sessions will be held at Plant 3 on Tuesdays and Fridays at 10:00am commencing on the 28th of May.

BYOB (bring your own Bub, bump, bambino of any age or just your body) let’s be honest we love a solo workout. 😅

Casual sessions $20 or sign up for the 6 weeks to receive a discount.

I can’t wait to see who will join our new village. 🤍
