Steps, Sweat and Summit Hike 🏔️

📅 Date: Sunday, 6 September 2026
🏔️ Type: Mountain hike
📏 Distance: ±10 km
⏰ Start: 07:00 (Sputnik)
⏳ Duration: ±4–5 hours
💪 Level: Moderate. Reasonable fitness required.

We're heading into the Outeniqua Mountains, starting from Sputnik and making our way up along the ridge for sweeping views over George and the Garden Route. Hike the trail together with F45 members and coaches — the public is welcome to join too!

It's a rewarding climb with a stop at the top to catch our breath, take in the scenery, and refuel before making our way back down.

A great Sunday morning in the mountains, together. 🏔️✨

💧 Bring enough water to stay hydrated
🧥 Bring something warm — it gets cooler as we climb 👟 Trail shoes recommended; if you don't have any trail shoes thats fine, something with good grip works well 🍌 Bring a snack for the top — droëwors, biltong, protein bars or a banana are great to refuel with.
👶 Children must hike with an adult
🐕 Dogs are allowed.
