The Lewis County Youth Bureau has been a huge supporter of the Snow Ridge Ski Club. They have provided us with grant funding each of the last two seasons to help purchase team jackets and timing equipment.

This weekend our U16 racers Camry and Chase participated in the Sports Page Cup U16 State Championships at West Mountain and our U14 racer Harper participated in the Mud, Sweat and Gears Cup U14 State Chamionship at Holimont.

On March 1, 2026, the Snow Ridge Ski Club celebrated its 2025-2026 season with the annual Club Championship held at Snow Ridge Ski Resort, followed by an awards banquet at the Constableville Fire Department. The event brought together athletes, families, and community members to recognize a season defined by growth, speed, and sportsmanship.

The Club Championship featured high-energy competition across all age brackets in slalom and giant slalom, culminating in the naming of the day’s overall top performers. Chase Kraeger took home the title of Fastest Boy, while Gracie Waite earned the honor of Fastest Girl. Both athletes demonstrated exceptional technical skill and consistency on the hill throughout the day.

Following the races, the club transitioned to the Constableville Fire Department for its annual banquet, where we shared food, laughter and announced the results from the day's race. Additionally, two of the organization’s most prestigious memorial awards were presented. These awards recognize individuals who embody the spirit, dedication, and character that the Snow Ridge Ski Club strives to instill in its members.

• The Bernie Kraeger Award: Presented to Tony Kraeger for outstanding commitment and contribution to the club as a volunteer.
• The Don Gracey Award: Presented to Caydn Salmon in recognition of his exemplary sportsmanship, attitude and character.

Huge congratulations to Camry and Chase for representing the Snow Ridge Race Team at the Empire State Winter Games this weekend!

Competing in Slalom and Giant Slalom on the biggest stage in New York is no small feat—especially considering this is the first time in nearly 20 years that Snow Ridge has sent qualifying racers to the Games! 🏆

A little late on the post - but our club participated in a kombi race at mccauley_mtn this Sunday. Race day was a little hectic and filled with energy, but our young racers really stepped up. We are excited to see some new smiling faces on the podium and looking forward to our Club Championship on Saturday and dual Slalom at Oak Mountain this Sunday.

It was a beautiful day for a ski race as we held the 70th running of our Silversmith Slalom Race at Snow Ridge on Sunday.

Thank you very much to all of the coaches and volunteers that donated your day to make this a success. With nearly 200 racers in attendance, it was a remarkable day at Snow Ridge Ski Resort.

Chase, Camry, Gracie and Caleb all participated from our club and did very well. Congratulations to Caleb on earning the “Hard Charger” award, moving up 72 spots from his original starting position!

Congratulations to our club members Chase, Caleb, Camry, Kaylin, Gracie and Harper for competing and succeeding at the Sectionals.

The South Lewis men’s team won the team sectional championship.

The South Lewis women’s team took third overall.

Chase took first in Slalom, GS and combined.

Caleb took fifth in slalom, third in GS and fifth combined

Camry took third in slalom, second in GS and a third combined.

Harper took fifth in slalom and fifth combined.

Camry, Chase, and Caleb will be heading to States Feb 23rd and 24th.
