Today is the day!!

🚗⚾ CAR WASH • BAKE SALE • BOTTLE DRIVE! ⚾🚗

This Sunday from 12–3 PM, come see the AuSable River Bandits at 661 Route 3 in Plattsburgh!

If you’re driving by and see a bunch of kids with or without shirts, holding signs, yelling, and running up and down the sidewalk… yep, that’s probably us. 😂⚾

We’ll have:

🚗 Donation-Based Car Wash
🧁 Bake Sale
♻️ Bottle & Can Drive — Valcour Bottle Redemption Center will be onsite collecting returnables!

All donations go directly back to the kids, helping cover our fall baseball season and improvements to our facilities during the offseason.

Every car washed, brownie bought, bottle donated, horn honked, and dollar given helps us continue building opportunities for these kids to play, develop, and make memories together.

We appreciate the incredible support our program continues to receive from this community. Come get your car washed, grab something sweet, drop off those returnables, and support local baseball!

We are hosting a car wash, bottle drive and bake sale next Sunday, August 30th from 12-3 PM. We are playing fall ball locally, and this will help us with the costs for that.

Our summer season ended this morning.

We had three levels, played a total of 43 games, and had over 40 kids participate.

AuSable River Bandits 14U Fall After Strong Showing By Clinton County Mariners 2026 14U

AuSable River Bandits 14U couldn't keep up with Clinton County Mariners 2026 14U and fell on Friday.

Clinton County Mariners 2026 14U got on the board in the top of the first inning after AuSable River Bandits 14U committed an error, Jonah Taylor grounded into a fielder's choice, and Elliot Peryer grounded out, each scoring one run.

Clinton County Mariners 2026 14U scored five runs on three hits in the top of the second inning. Patrick Ryan singled, scoring one run, Ian Corliss singled, scoring one run, Rowen Rabideau tripled, scoring two runs, and Taylor grounded out, scoring one run.

Clinton County Mariners 2026 14U scored six runs on four hits in the top of the fourth inning. Corliss doubled, scoring one run, Joey Lomanto singled, scoring two runs, Nate Betrus singled, scoring two runs, and Peryer grounded out, scoring one run.

Lomanto earned the win for Clinton County Mariners 2026 14U. The pitcher surrendered three hits and one run over four innings, striking out six and walking five. Ryder Passino took the loss for AuSable River Bandits 14U. The pitcher went two innings, surrendering eight runs (five earned) on three hits, striking out none and walking three.

Logan St. Pierre, James Davis, and Alex Baker each collected one hit for AuSable River Bandits 14U. AuSable River Bandits 14U had a strong eye at the plate, accumulating eight walks for the game. St. Pierre and Wyatt Hoagland led the team with two free passes each.

Lomanto went 2-for-4 at the plate and led the team with five runs batted in. Corliss, Ryan, and Lomanto each collected two hits for Clinton County Mariners 2026 14U. Betrus led Clinton County Mariners 2026 14U with two walks. Overall, the team had a strong eye at the plate, tallying eight walks for the game. Corliss, Rabideau, and Lomanto each stole multiple bases for Clinton County Mariners 2026 14U. Clinton County Mariners 2026 14U stole 10 bases in the game.

AuSable River Bandits 14U will travel to Altona Junior Hornets 14U for their next game on Saturday.

AuSable River Bandits 16U Come Up Short Against Champlain Cougars

AuSable River Bandits 16U could not keep pace with Champlain Cougars 10-7 on Wednesday.

A ground out by Ethan Stay put AuSable River Bandits 16U on the board in the top of the third.

Champlain Cougars took the lead, 2-1, in the bottom of the third thanks to singles by Carter Garceau, and Lincoln Perkins.

AuSable River Bandits 16U jumped back into the lead in the top of the fourth inning after Carson Witherell grounded into a fielder's choice, and Stay singled down the left field line, each scoring one run.

Champlain Cougars flipped the game on its head in the bottom of the fifth, scoring five runs on two hits to take the lead, 7-3. The biggest blow in the inning was a single by Perkins that drove in one.

Ty Breyette earned the win for Champlain Cougars. The reliever gave up zero hits and one run (zero earned) over two innings, striking out three and walking four. Oryn Bell took the loss for AuSable River Bandits 16U. The pitcher went one and two-thirds innings, giving up five runs (four earned) on two hits, striking out two and walking five. Gavin Richards stepped on the mound first for AuSable River Bandits 16U. The starter allowed four hits and two runs over three innings, striking out eight and walking three. Perkins led things off on the mound for Champlain Cougars. The hurler gave up zero hits and zero runs over two innings, striking out one and walking five. Andrew Price earned the save.

Stay provided pop in the middle of the lineup, and led AuSable River Bandits 16U with three runs batted in. The infielder went 1-for-4 on the day. Gavin Daby set the tone at the top of the lineup, leading AuSable River Bandits 16U with two hits in three at bats. Elijah Girard led AuSable River Bandits 16U with three walks. Overall, the team had a strong eye at the plate, amassing 13 walks for the game. AuSable River Bandits 16U turned one double play in the game.

Perkins and Breyette each collected two hits for Champlain Cougars. Perkins, Cobe Lafountain, and Garceau each drove in two runs for Champlain Cougars. Champlain Cougars had a strong eye at the plate, piling up 10 walks for the game. Lafountain and Price led the team with three bases on balls each. Perkins stole two bases. Champlain Cougars ran wild on the base paths, accumulating nine stolen bases for the game. Champlain Cougars turned one double play in the game.
