Saturday, September 26th
11 AM - 12:30 PM

Sculpt & Glow is a fun sweaty Pilates Mat class followed by a refreshing cold towel post class and a hydrating mask professionally applied by a La Belle Studio esthetician to soothe and pamper.

The mask is accompanied by guided gua sha technique to encourage lymphatic drainage, reduce puffiness, and relax facial tension.

The spa treatment is finished with a cold towel and finishing spritz.

Refreshments to follow.
