🌸 THIS SATURDAY! Join us for Garden Yoga in the Marian Coffin Gardens on the grounds of the scenic and historic Gibraltar. The Marian Coffin Gardens are a lavish sprawling 80 acres of gardens on the DuPont estate. Both a quiet place to escape the city and a scenic arrangement of flowering bushes, shrubs and trees open to the public, the gardens are a place to reflect and take in nature.

Join us for a Pilates Mat Class led by Meredith on the outdoor patio at La Fete!

This special outdoor mat class held on the patio is followed by brunch and mimosas. Your admission includes a Pilates Mat class, your choice of an omelet, crepes, quiche or French toast and sides and a mimosa or mocktail.

Community Yoga by donation starts this SATURDAY, June 13th!
Saturdays at 3pm, all summer long,

A yoga class by donation for all levels of experience from beginner through advanced, with modifications for beginner practitioners. The focus is on stretching and strengthening through asanas, or yoga postures, breathwork, and also focusing the mind.

Classes are taught by recent graduates of our Yoga Teacher Training program. Donations will go to local charities.
