Not only have they generously sponsored our athlete shirts year after year, but this weekend Ted and Sue came out in person to support the event, check in on athletes and volunteers, and make sure everyone stayed hydrated and taken care of with shades and cooling towels during the heat ☀️💧

We are still buzzing over the competition on Saturday. Year 5, what a success, and we have all of you to thank for that.

Shout out to all the amazing athletes who came out and crushed their workouts! We had gyms from near and far, quite a few coming back from prior years too. Without all of you we couldn’t continue to put this on.

Huge congratulations to Mark , Jen, and Kate for taking on Semifinals this past weekend 🔥💪

Over the course of 4 days, they battled through 5 brutal workouts together. Competing at that level takes an incredible amount of preparation, discipline, and mental toughness—and we couldn’t be more proud of the way they represented our community.

And just as special was the support behind them 👏
From judging, cheering, helping with transitions, and showing up all weekend long—our community rallied HARD.

That’s what makes this place different. It’s never just about the workouts, it’s about the people beside you through them.
