We started by building AI-powered nutrition software for gyms.

Then gym owners told us they needed workout programming.

So we built it.

Then came billing. Scheduling. CRM.

And suddenly, we weren’t just building another coaching tool. We were building an entirely new operating system for gyms.

But here’s what nobody tells you about building AI software…

Just because AI can do something doesn’t mean it works perfectly in the real world.

We’ve had wins, frustrations, bugs, and some pretty humbling lessons along the way.

Billing and scheduling are now built. CRM is next. And we’re still improving how coaches interact with Milton.

We’re a small team taking on a massive problem, and we’re building alongside real gym owners every day.

So we’re going to start sharing the journey. The good, the bad, and everything in between.
