Transformation Spotlight: Derek Wolfe | Armbrust Pro Gym
Every time a new athlete walks through our doors at Armbrust Pro Gym, I hear the same thing—and it’s one of the best parts of what we do. They tell me they can feel the aura in the building. Not just energy… drive. A pull toward becoming a better version of themselves.
That’s what a gym is supposed to do first.
Create the want** to improve
Build the belief** that change is possible
Turn that motivation into action through the work it takes to actually get better
To transform, you have to have that atmosphere. You have to want it bad enough to show up, keep pushing, and stay consistent—even when it’s uncomfortable.
We’ve watched Derek Wolfe transform right in front of us over the last a little over a year. Derek isn’t just any athlete—he’s a former Denver Broncos defensive player, and his mindset has always reflected what we train for: focus, effort, and growth.
When Derek first joined ArmbrustProGym, he came in around 270 pounds, carrying more body fat than he does today.
Now, a little over a year later, Derek is sitting at roughly 295 pounds leaner and stronger, with a physique and confidence that reflect the discipline behind the scenes.
The Real Point of a Transformation
This is what it’s all about at ArmbrustProGym:
Get better**
Feel better**
Become a better version of yourself**
Derek’s progress is proof that results come from the combination of the right environment and the right mindset—that aura of ambition the moment you walk in.
If you’re ready to change, we’re ready to help you build the version of you that’s been waiting underneath the surface. 💪🔥
