Wheat Ridge Fitness provides busy people a great way to get in shape without dealing with the muscle heads at the gym. We also offer a butt kicking workout called Cage Fitness, which allows you to train like a professional MMA fighter without ever getting punched or kicked.

Remember these spaces fell up completely every single year, and we want all of you on the school poster!

We also ran out of photo order forms at the school for photo day. For your convenience, we have attached a copy of the Action Hero Photography order form that you can print and complete at home before photo day. Please fill out only the light gray section on the upper right-hand side.

If you are unable to print the form, no problem! The Action Hero Photography photographers will have additional order forms available at the photo shoot, so you can complete one when you arrive.

We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. We look forward to seeing everyone on photo day!

We had such an amazing night with the students from Elk Creek Elementary School!! We raised $3,240 for their school!! Mrs. Ebel (their PE teacher) also broke a board tonight!! It's so exciting to work with such amazing and dedicated teachers like her 🥰

Thank you for the rides to class, the cheering from the sidelines or with me in class, the encouragement after tough days, and the countless ways you help your children grow. We are so grateful to have such amazing families in our PAMA community.

At Personal Achievement Martial Arts, we believe that teaching leadership goes far beyond the mats. 💙
Helping others and giving back to our community is a core part of who we are.
We’re proud to have just wrapped up our after-school program at Ralston Elementary School, where we were able to donate $1,460 back to the school. Supporting local schools, students, and families is one small way we can make a meaningful impact right here in our own neighborhood.
Thank you to the families, students, and staff who made this program such a success. Together, we’re building strong kids, strong leaders, and a stronger community.

Parade Start Time: 9:30 AM -we won't start moving for a little bit, but are closer to the beginning.

Staging Location: North side of 38th Avenue.

📍 Staging & Access Instructions

NEW FOR 2025: Parade staging will take place directly on 38th Avenue, between Depew Street and Sheridan Boulevard.

Your entry is staged on the north side of 38th Ave.

Pro tip: since the parade is a straight line, we like to park at the end (near Safeway) and walk up 38th to our starting spot (near the King Soopers). That way our car is at the end when the parade is over.
