Jen Epp Fit On GOOD BODY APP + 1:1 personal training I help women work towards their goals & honor their bodies

08/24/2026

One of the biggest reasons I built Good Body the way I did? Because I know how exhausting it is to feel like you’re constantly having to figure out your workouts on your own.

What exercises should I do?
How many sets?
Am I progressing?
Is this actually enough?

I wanted to take that piece of the mental load off your plate.

This full leg day is straight from Good Body App - about 30 minutes, completely doable from home, and already strategically programmed for you so you can just open the app and get to work💪

And “30 minutes” doesn’t mean random or watered down. The workouts are built with intentional exercise selection, strength progression + enough structure to help you actually get stronger over time without needing to live in the gym.

You don’t need more fitness information. You probably just need a plan you can actually follow consistently. 🤍

If that sounds like something you’ve been missing, come try Good Body free for a week and see how it feels to have your workouts already handled for you💖

Yesterday filled my cup in a way that’s hard to put into words. 🥹🤍

Every time I look around a room like this, I’m reminded that none of it is something I ever want to take for granted. You have a million ways you could spend your Saturday morning, and the fact that you choose to show up here- to move, connect, laugh, sweat, and be part of this little community- means more to me than you know 🥹

I love leading women through a workout, but even more than that, I love getting to remind women of what I hope they carry with them long after the workout is over:

💕Your body is good.
💕Your worth isn’t determined by how you look.
💕You don’t have to earn your place in the room.
💕You don’t have to compare your body, your fitness level, or your journey to the woman next to you.
💕And movement gets to be something that adds to your life- not something you use to punish yourself.

My biggest hope for Sweat Social has always been that it feels safe. That whether you’re walking into your first workout in years or you’ve been training forever, you feel welcomed exactly as you are. That you can take up space, modify when you need to, challenge yourself when you want to, and leave feeling a little more connected to your body and to the women around you.

Getting to create that kind of space and lead women in it is something I’ll never stop being grateful for.

Thank you for trusting me with your Saturday mornings. 🤍
Yesterday was really, really special.

Until the next one, Sweat Social girls 🫶🏼✨ ily

A bad body image day doesn’t have to become a bad body treatment day.

Sometimes the most helpful thing I can do is stop asking, “How does my body look today?” and start paying attention to what it can do.

Pick up the heavier weight.
Notice the strength you’ve built.
Put on the song that makes you want to dance between sets.
Let your workout be something you get to enjoy - not something you use to punish yourself.

Because movement was never meant to be a way to shrink, fix, or earn your worth.

And on the days when the mirror feels louder than usual, strength can be such a powerful reminder that your body is so much more than something to look at.

You do not have to love how your body looks every single day to respect it, fuel it, move it, and care for it.

Less “how can I make my body smaller?”
More “look at what my body can DO.” 🤍

(& of course I’m blasting Hilary Duff cause seeing her 2x in one week is my millennial dream come true 🫣)

Somewhere along the way, women were taught that the goal of exercise was to become smaller… not stronger.

We were told to “tone” but not build too much muscle.
Use the light weights.
Do more cardio.
Eat less.
Be careful not to get “bulky.”

Meanwhile, muscle is one of the most valuable tissues we can build- especially as women.

Building and maintaining muscle supports:
💪 strength + independence as we age
🦴 bone health and bone density
⚡ metabolism + metabolic health
🩸 insulin sensitivity and blood sugar regulation
🏋🏼‍♀️ performance and resilience
❤️‍🔥 body composition WITHOUT requiring you to endlessly chase a lower number on the scale

And here’s something I wish more women understood:

Getting stronger might mean the scale doesn’t drop as quickly, or at all.

You can lose body fat, gain muscle, look and feel completely different, and weigh the SAME (or even more).

That isn’t a lack of progress.

The problem isn’t wanting aesthetic goals. You’re allowed to want to change your body.

The problem is when being as small as possible becomes more important than being well-fueled, strong, healthy and able to actually LIVE in that body.

So if you’ve spent years trying to shrink yourself, maybe your next fitness goal doesn’t need to be:

“how little can I weigh?”

Maybe it’s…

✨ Can I lift heavier?
✨ Can I do a push-up?
✨ Can I carry the groceries without thinking twice?
✨ Am I fueling enough to recover?
✨ Do I have energy outside of the gym?
✨ Am I building a body that’s going to support me 10, 20, 30+ years from now?

You don’t have to fear taking up more space. Strong looks good on you too boo . 💪🏼

creating a “day in the life” apparently requires filming your entire day, trying to remember to capture every tiny moment, and then inevitably forgetting, and then spending an unreasonable amount of time editing it all together 😂 So enjoy, because this took way longer than the actual day
