Hi it's me. My alarm hit like a brick wall - and I haven't been 100 percent this week. The weather isn't helping, Virginia can we get that s**t fixed? ...
I had a chat with a client this week about not striving for perfection, but striving to put more marks in the bucket of keeping your commitments rather than the excuse one. We all have days where life may cause us to have to miss a workout, or a celebration where we just don't care about having our cake and eating it too. But on the flip side there are plenty of days where we let ourselves off the hook too easy, finding comfort in whatever excuse we allowed ourselves to grasp in order to feel better about not keeping the commitments we made. ..
So here's to my commitment bucket - I see you, and today I showed up. 🙌🏼

365 days ago you arrived and I can't say without some hesitation. I was worried about additional responsibility falling on me since I work from home, but now I can't imagine my day without my most favorite coworker & I am pretty sure she's the favored coach in the gym 😂😂

Today a kid in my field trip group told me I'm a nice mom. And we all know kids speak their truth ❤️😂 ..
Extra thankful to spend the day with these little ones - the staff was so patient (there were several schools) and the kids had a blast.

Don't forget about our franchise wide charity ride is 10/15 915am with .camby - this is a $15 dollar donation based ride - 100% of money raised goes to the foundation. I'll be booking a bike and riding in honor of my Aunt Joan who left us earth side over 25 years ago 🥹💕 we lost a beautiful soul to a horrible disease but her memory and impact remains deeply rooted in my heart even after all these years.
