The referee is the sole arbitrator of the contest and has the authority to end the contest and deem a winner at anytime he/she feels fit. This includes, but is not limited to, disqualification or for the health and safety of the competitors.
RULES
No twisting knee attacks (Heel Hook, Toe Hold, or any variation of)
No neck cranks allowed
No below the waist submissions allowed in youth division
No slamming from the guard
No striking of any kind
No placing anything in an opponent's or***ce
No biting
No hairpulling
Figernails and toenails must be trimmed
No jewelry allowed during competition
No liniment, lotion, oil, grease, or other lubricants allowed
No knee braces with metal, plastic, or any other abrasive material allowed during competition
