These are advanced beginner working on shines. Why do we include shines in our classes? It helps with timing, musicality, balance, posture, creativity, style, and self control. How do you develop your own flavor when you dance? What do you practice on alone when there is not a partner? Appreciate the shines or open work section of classes.

It is Salsa Sunday. We are on week 4. The basic is everything. We have progressive salsa classes so we do not do drop ins. We take you from walking to dancing. It all starts with being brave enough to start showing up for classes. Discover the joy of dancing to infectious rhythms, meeting new friends, and unleashing your inner dancer! Our classes are designed for all levels, so don't worry if you've never danced before – we'll break down the steps and make learning salsa a breeze.
