Official page - The Area Tallahassee Aquatic Club is a year-round swimming program sanctioned through United States Swimming.

We offer programs for all levels of swimmers- beginner, maintenance, competitive, and elite!

Congratulations to our Challenger swimmers (Joseph, Bryce, Eli, Kerri, and Jacob) on a successful Special Olympics Regional Championships in Panama City.

All of these swimmers earned multiple medals, and we are so proud of all of their hard work and dedication!

We want to congratulate these ATAC swimmers who have been selected for some elite post championships meet teams.

Ethan Ekk (currently a rising sophomore at Stanford University)

Ethan qualified to represent Canada in the Pan Pacific Swimming Championships with 1st place finishes in the 400 meter free and the 200 meter back at the Canadian Trials held in Montreal this month. The Pan Pacific Championships will be held in Irvine California, August 12 - 18.

Owen Ekk

Owen qualified to represent Canada in the Junior Pan Pacific Swimming Championships by qualifying in the A final of the 200 meter IM at the Canadian Trials held in Montreal this month. The Junior Pan Pacific Championships will be held in Vancouver, British Columbia, August 17 - 20.

Florida Swimming Zone Championships

Three ATAC swimmers have been selected to represent the Florida Swimming LSC in the Zone Championships to be held in Orlando, Florida on July 29 - Aug. 1. These selections were based on their performances at the recent Florida Age Group Championships.

Gibbes Bracken: Adaptive athlete

Sims Bracken: 11-12 boys

Dalton Von Hertsenberg: 13 - 14 boys.

Our annual Long Course Invitational is an “all hands on deck” event, and we can use your help!
Here are some things we can use your help with:
-Timing: super easy, and we will train you!
-Concession Stand: you’ll be in the shade, and you’ll get to meet great people
-Hospitality Room: you’ll be able to help keep coaches and officials fed, hydrated, and happy!
-Set Up & Tear Down: it’s a great way to learn what it takes to run a meet and get in a quick workout!

We’re happy to sign service hour forms for any teenagers that need service hours for school or other organizations.

⭐️Swimming with ATAC for 3 years.
⭐️Will be attending and swimming at University of Maine.

Today’s graduating Senior Spotlight is Dawson Steverson.
⭐️Been swimming with ATAC for 10 years.
⭐️Favorite event is 100 breaststroke.
⭐️Favorite swim memory is riding bus back from Panama City swim meet with Leon.
⭐️Attending Florida State University in the Fall, majoring in biology. Wants to become a pediatrician.
⭐️Accolades: Captain of Leon Swim & Dive, Highest GPA & Leo award winner for Leon swim & dive
4-year academic letter, Member of Pierian NHS and Accepted into FSU Honors program.

⭐️Favorite event is 100 backstroke.
⭐️Favorite swim memory is placing at states for the first time.
⭐️Will be attending University of Florida, study Mechanical Engineering
⭐️Accolades: Three-time state finalist, Captain for Leon Swim Team, Executive Board for Leon Dance Marathon, Brooks Rogers scholarship recipient Member of National Honor Society, Science National Honor Society and Rho Kappa Social Studies National Honor Society.
