The hardest things in life are often the most rewarding!
My job is to be honest with athletes when they’re falling short, but it’s just as important to recognize when they’re doing the work, overcoming adversity, and making real progress. The best athletes aren’t the ones who never face setbacks—they’re the ones who stay consistent with their training, fitness, nutrition, recovery, and mindset when things get tough. Proud of the riders who continue to show up, trust the process, and put in the work after the motivation fades & adversity is staring right at them.

Re-fill the ⛽️

After my last moto today I went straight to Ultra-Formance from to start refilling carbs, electrolytes, and everything I burned through during a hot day on the track.
