"argue for your limitations, and sure enough, they're yours"
I heard this quote decades ago, and it really spoke to me. When options are presented to you, and you're unfamiliar with them, don't reject them out of hand, especially if the person giving them to you has experience and expertise behind them. In life, we get more of whatever we're getting. And the only way to get something different, is to do something different.
In our training, I teach you a new and different way of operating your body. The way you sit, stand, walk. Gentle, subtle, but TOTALLY different from the way you've been doing it. Simply put, because the way you've been doing it is wrong, and it's why your body is complaining in its knees, its back, its shoulders. Literally immediately, when you start doing it right, those aches and pains disappear. One woman said "it's totally unintimidating, yet life-changing".
Ask my clients who decided to try it themselves, instead of arguing for why they can't.
