ATLAS FIT It is our vision to enhance the lives of our members by transforming fitness into an adventure. ATLAS FIT is a 4,000 sq. ft.

fitness facility located in Midtown Tallahassee. ATLAS strives to enhance the lives of members through adventure-based fitness, a concept based on having fun while being active. The facility features an indoor open format gym which includes cardio equipment, free weights, and the Life Fitness Synergy 360, and Hammer Strength machines.

We’ll meet at 10am, at Winthrop Park!
There may be some pickleball involved in this one so if you have any paddles or balls please feel free to bring them.
Grab your water bottle and come ready to break a sweat! Bring a friend or two! The more, the better. This is completely free so we hope that members will take advantage. Remember that attending field days also get you an extra entry into our weekly challenges for a chance to win our $100 prize.

💪🏻 Small Tool, Big Upgrade: Introducing the Forearm Roller 💪🏻

Most people overlook forearm training… until it becomes the weak link.

Our forearm roller is one of the simplest — and most effective — tools in the gym for building grip strength, endurance, and control. By rolling the weight up and down, you’re forcing your forearms to stay engaged the entire time… no shortcuts.

Stronger forearms mean better deadlifts, more controlled pull-ups, and a reduced risk of injury when the weights get heavy.

Add it in at the end of your workout for a few sets and feel the difference almost immediately. Pro Tip: rest your arms on a barbell for more control during the lift.
