September at One Soul: Seven Years of One Soul Magic
September has always felt like a season of new beginnings at One Soul and this year, we have an especially beautiful reason to celebrate.
One Soul is turning SEVEN!
Seven years of yoga.
Seven years of community.
Seven years of laughter, learning, healing, connection, and a whole lot of heart.
What began as a dream has grown into a community that continues to surprise and inspire us every day. And honestly, we couldn't celebrate this milestone without celebrating YOU.

As summer begins to surrender to autumn, September invites us to slow down, ground ourselves, and make space for a new season.
Throughout the month, you'll find your favorite One Soul yoga classes, Candlelight Immersion, sound experiences, Full and New Moon ceremonies and a new Friday 6 am Sunrise class. Our classes are a place to move, breathe, connect, and simply be exactly where you are so come and join us.
