dietary needs. Master William Solomon is our lead Sensei for TaeKwon Do; Crew Gulled Ahmed instructs Kickboxing; Boxing by Coach Gilberto Gallardo. Shinda Obey, BS, MS and LeRoy Franklin, BS, NASM CPT, PES, FNS are our Personal Trainers and Strength Coaches. Over 40 yards of indoor turf; 45-yard football field; man-made hill for training athletes of all sports. Machines, sleds, and free weights in 17K square feet to accommodate any workout desired.
