If you've ever met Roberto, you know how passionate he is about his CrossFit journey. As one of our evening regulars, he rarely misses a class and is always working to become stronger.

Recently, Roberto received the difficult news of a cancer diagnosis. As he begins this unexpected fight, we have an opportunity to do what our Atomic family does best: show up for one another.

The stone doesn’t care how strong you are if your technique is off.

✅ Get your arms low and around the stone.
✅ Pull it tight to your body before you lift.
✅ Drive through your legs and hips—not just your back.
✅ Pop the stone up and quickly roll it onto your shoulder.
✅ Stand tall to finish under control.

Remember: Stay patient, stay tight, and let your hips do the work. Efficient movement beats muscling it every time. 💪🪨
