Specializing in developing explosive strength, power, and speed, the programs created by JT Training, LLC incorporate comprehensive training methods and utilize a variety of methods to reach goals including Olympic strength and power training, supported ground based body weight movements, multi-joint strength and speed exercises, kettlebells, battling ropes, plyometrics, Olympic plates, bars, and dumbbells, machines, medicine balls, stability balls, ladders, boxes, Lebert Equalizers, TRX, Bosu balls, Body-Blades, most hammers, hurdles, cones, balance discs, as well as power sleds, speed sleds, tires, and parachutes to mention a few. Program objectives vary based upon the individual but usually include improvements in explosive power, muscular strength, weight/fat loss, lean muscle gains, cardiorespiratory endurance, vertical jump, speed, acceleration, quickness, reaction time, balance, flexibility, agility, core stability and recovery to enhance athletic performance. Jay Todd is a sports medicine professional with over 30 years of experience in teaching, coaching, and training of students, athletes, and peers in exercise science, wellness, athletic training, strength and conditioning, and overall athletic enhancement! Through his advanced education, professional experience, certifications, and extensive background Jay is committed to providing opportunities towards successful goal attainment for all who train with him! He is a powerful motivator, a strong leader, and a passionate trainer who thoroughly enjoys helping others succeed in their fitness and athletic goals! Mission:

This facility includes 6000 square foot of indoor padded turf and rubber flooring and is Jay's "Anti gym" where he trains athletes of all ages and abilities with his Private Training, Nike SPARQ Training, Sports Performance Training, and SHAPE Training Programs.
