We’re hiring coaches in Pasadena, Simi Valley, and San Diego.
This isn’t a typical 9–5—and it isn’t the right environment for everyone.
Our coaches train hard, study as if they’re completing a master’s degree, and continually develop the skills needed to serve diverse populations—including individuals with autism, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, and physical disabilities.
We’re looking for dedicated, driven people who are humble, receptive to feedback, and willing to challenge their current mindset. Improve has a proven system. The right candidate is ready to learn it, trust the process, and grow within it.
Our training system is rigorous. Training hard and maintaining a high standard of physical preparation are part of the job and critical to deepen your understanding of Improve’s principles.
Ideal candidates have at least one of the following:
• Personal training certification
• Bachelor’s degree in kinesiology or behavioral sciences
• Experience in fitness or working with neurodivergent individuals

Full-time and part-time positions available. We offer benefits for full timers.
Applicants must be available between 1–7 PM. Saturday availability is a plus.
