⭐️ABOUT ME:
Hello, my name is Svetlana, I am a certified Hatha Yoga instructor with knowledge of the basics of yoga therapy. I lead yoga classes since 2018.

I love yoga because it makes my body stronger, and my mind - calm and clear. I can understand myself and other people more.

I have no ideal yoga student. I teach yoga more than 10 years, and I have so many different people in my classes. Young, old, with physical pain, with mental pain, lazy or hypermotivated, trying to find something esoteric in their practice or just build beautiful body, came to yoga on their own or just to join to their friend.

They’re completely different, but they want to learn something new about themselves. And this is the most amazing part of my job - show them the new spots of their own universe.

In yoga I prefer to learn the mind working through the body working. For me asanas are not just poses. Each of them is a physical puzzle to solve, which makes the mind to concentrate.
