Monday at 9AM the fun begins!!! This is an easily modified workout, so feel free to bring friends and family even if they have no CrossFit experience. Let us know a head count by Sunday night if possible so we make sure to cook enough food. I’ll have BOTH of my Traegers fired up and cooking tri-tip and veggies.
