What more can you say about a 5% bodyfat reduction 🤩

Well, if you do it the right way… without the aid of injections, pills or magic tricks… you can say that it involved a lot of dedication, a lot of time, a lot of work and not looking back.

The efforts invested into such a journey should not be measured in how long it took you to reach the goal… but the fact that you reached it, is truly all that matters.

The road less traveled is often less traveled because of the bumps and the curves along the way.

Another 30 POUND MILE MARKER HAS BEEN CROSSED!

All through food and exercise❤️

Lisa Goldsmith has become the queen of self—accountability as of late. Literally on a perfect path both in stats and in overall body composition.

Lisa accomplished this incredible milestone in about six months. March 5th was Lisa’s day one‼️

Here’s Lisa’s stats:
💥🔥8% BODYFAT REDUCTION
💥🔥33 LB FAT LOSS

We’re 2% bodyfat away from moving into a new category of health for a women.

Most importantly, in a record breaking BMI reduction; Lisa has moved five points off of her entire BMI, moving herself 2.6 points away from a health bmi.

These results were achieved through hard work and dedication.

I can’t preach it enough. There is no magic pill.

And if there is, trust me don’t buy it… there are side effects.

Life changing results can come if and when you decide for them to come.

Actions are the engine that drives your productivity. Without actions nothing happens, or worse, things that you have no control over will happen taking you to no place in particular. Probably a place you don’t like to be in.

There are times when you don’t have a clear idea of the result you want or need to achieve, and that makes you constantly procrastinate the problem. Other times you are clear about what you should achieve, but there are so many things to do that you don’t know where to start. In these situations, where you are stuck, the best solution is simply to take the first step.

Take the first step. The only choice you have is to keep going or stop. No gray areas.

Choose to change for better! It’s never too late and you literally don’t need anything other than a set of dumbbells, some basic cooking skills and the willingness to learn. That’s it.

This week is MY 44TH BIRTHDAY WEEK & I am celebrating in a HUGE WAY!

I'm so very blessed to have been able to over the last 9 years to impact so many lives inside our program. Thank you to all our clients, friends and followers

Well, that’s where you’re wrong.

As an l fitness and nutrition coach, I sit on my butt all day long on zoom calls and client check ins.

So now that it’s winter, I need to be more intentional than ever about my daily movement.

Here are 5 ways I get more steps in throughout the day:
1. My 7-year-old daughter likes to wrestle with me , so we take wrestling breaks few minutes at night with him
2. When I’m with my kids, I often pace around the house and don’t just sit in one place
3. I got a access to a treadmill so I can walk and move during studying time
4. After I eat lunch, I take a 10 min walk while I’m letting my food digest
5. I walk around between sets when I’m working out instead of just sitting

These things work for me!
