Power is going to be out at SBC KC THIS Thursday between 9am-4pm for maintenance.

But don't worry! We will have the doors open so you can still get a good lift in.

📺Watch Party 📺

Come out and support community member Devonte Lewis as he competes in Rising Tide, one of the premier powerlifting events in the world.

We will be hosting the watch party starting at 2:30pm Sunday, so make sure you show up and show out for the big guy!

If you can't make it, tune into the stream from wherever you are to make sure Devonte feels the love from across the nation.

SBC is setting the standard at the S2 BBQ THIS Saturday (July 25th) 10am - 1pm.

Bench Press Competition:
1x bodyweight for men / .5x bodyweight for women x Most Reps = Free Month at SBC + the first 75 get an exclusive shirt (limited sizes)

Raffle: We're giving away a FULL YEAR membership to someone + a free month to another person.

🚘Parking Clarification for the Meet🚘

Only park in the highlighted areas. We will be directing parking before the meet starts, then doing rounds to ensure that our neighbors properties are respected.

If you park on the street, you will be asked to move.

If you block any gates, you will be asked to move.

Thank you for cooperating so that we can continue to put on the best strength events in the Midwest.
