CrazyFit Bootcamp CrazyFit is now offering a Bootcamp on Saturday's at 1 PM! Bootcamps are $10 for World Gym Members and $15 for Non World Gym Members.

Hey everyone! Today the allergies are kicked my rear end and they feel borderline summer coldish. Normally I would fight through them as I’m not a quitter, however I have vacation next week and then I start a new adventure and nothing can stop me so thus I am going to cancel this evening to get some rest. Saturday we will be back at it as strong as can be and I’ll be ready to get sweaty with you!!

Soooo what’s it like to do boot camp at four weeks out from your show!? You’d have to ask Anthony and Jackson!! They killed it this morning, tired and all lol! Shauna killed it too don’t worry! This class is amazing and I’m so happy that these people love it right along with me! Come see for yourself! Saturday mornings at 9 and Tuesday evenings at 630!!
