💕🌟🧘🏼‍♀️🪷GRAND OPENING FREE WEEK - THANK YOU!!!!! Grateful is an understatement! So many familiar faces, so many new faces, SO many awesome people came through my doors this week!🫶🏻 So many conversations, laughs, and straight burns occurred!💖😆 But hey, we felt that burn together!!

I’m so beyond appreciative and hope everyone had an amazing time in whatever class or classes they chose to take this week!🧘🏼‍♀️🪷💪🏼🩰

Holy heck. Opening day!💖🧘🏼‍♀️🌸 I’m so thankful and feeling beyond blessed today to welcome this community into my space I’ve worked so hard on! There’s so many emotions!!!

When I started this journey, there were 3 things I wanted for myself and for my clients : affordable classes for all, a welcoming space to feel comfortable and be yourself, and a fun class environment, an environment where we keep it real and where I’m dying during class with you 🤣🥵😜 barre tonight was PRIME example😂😂

Thank you Selinsgrove and surrounding areas for being so supportive and welcoming Studio by J with open arms, it truly means the world!!🫶🏻 it’s time to get to work now!!!!! Pilates & Barre ladies, you crushed it today!🧘🏼‍♀️🩰 see you tomorrow for Senior Strength and another Barre class!!!
