My name is Katie Edwards and I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy with a background in orthopedic and neuromuscular rehabilitation. I have a passion for teaching individuals how to maintain or improve their lifestyles through gentle movement. I am excited to get to know each and every one of you in class!

Need an effective and quick at home workout that can be done on your lunch break or even added into an evening walk with NO equipment needed! 🚢πŸ’ͺ🏼

Follow this routine which includes simple lower body exercises to target the main muscle groups. You can even add ankle weights or resistance bands for an added challenge!

This is how my personalized programs are designed and each program includes warm-ups, targeted exercises based on YOUR schedule, fitness level, and available equipment - PLUS cardio recommendations.

BEST PART? I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy with focus on injury prevention.
