Volunteer Crew Needed — June 20th Jiu Jitsu Tournament

KYS Promotions is looking for reliable volunteers to help with our upcoming Proving Grounds Jiu Jitsu Tournament on Saturday, June 20th at Bellevue College.

We need help with areas such as:

Check-in / registration
Scorekeeping and table work
Weigh-in support
Medal table
General event support

This is a great opportunity for students, athletes, parents, team members, or anyone who wants to support the local grappling community and be part of Washington’s longest-running submission-only tournament.

No experience is required for some positions, but reliability and a good attitude are a must. We’ll help guide you through what needs to be done.

Volunteers may also be able to earn community service hours, depending on your school or organization’s requirements.

It’s that time. Come join in for Proving Grounds 30th event. As Washington State’s Longest Running Submission Only Tournament we would like to thank you all for your years of support.

Also as a reminder, women and girls sign up early so we can get you into brackets. At all ages, we will do our best to keep the girls in their own brackets separate from the boys.

We’re assembling the March 21, 2026 superfight card and will be announcing matchups shortly. The event takes place at Rebellion Jiu Jitsu (Burien, WA) and will be streamed live via Smoothcomp.
If your squad has what it takes, we are also looking for a quintet team.
