Let me take the opportunity to reintroduce myself:

With over a decade of experience in the fitness industry, I am a dedicated personal trainer who has transformed numerous lives through diverse and effective training methodologies. I take pride in providing a boutique-style training approach, focusing on quality over quantity and empowering clients to achieve their fitness goals.

My fitness journey began over ten years ago, leading group aerobic classes like spin classes and water aerobics in Italy. These early experiences ignited my passion for fitness and helping others improve their health and well-being. As my expertise expanded, I delved into personal training and moved to the United States to discovering my true calling - guiding and inspiring individuals to reach their full potential.

My commitment to personalized training programs tailored to individual needs ensures that each client experiences a fitness journey suited to their goals, preferences, and unique body type.

Throughout my career, I have helped clients achieve their fitness goals (weight loss, muscle gain, improved metabolism, etc) while helped them enhance their day-to-day lives.

My training style reflects the breadth of my expertise, encompassing various disciplines to create a holistic approach to fitness. My multiverse training style includes:

1. Pilates: Focusing on core strength and balance, Pilates forms a fundamental part of my training approach.

2. Compound Movements: Understanding the power of functional fitness, I incorporate compound movements into my training routines. These exercises engage multiple muscle groups simultaneously, promoting efficiency and overall strength.

3. Bodybuilding: With an emphasis on muscle size and nutrition, I harness the principles of bodybuilding to sculpt and shape the physique of my clients.

4. Powerlifting: Strengthening clients both physically and mentally, powerlifting techniques are employed to improve strength and technique.

The challenges presented by the pandemic did not deter my commitment to my clients' well-being. In response to the limitations of traditional gym settings, I took initiative and built a state-of-the-art garage gym. Her presentation is beautiful and it’s truly amazing to see her learn, practice, master, train ( under the wings of ) and repeat.
Every time I see her, she gets better and better.
She even learned figure poses cuz WHY NOT! So excited to see her on stage and where we will be going after this.

✨long post update✨
Since after I caught covid (end of December 2021) and a few antibiotic treatments before and after that. My body weight went up 5 lbs. In Italy i still hit my macros, lifting and step goals, but my weight was still trickling up when it usually drops as stress is reduced to a minimum.
Gotta say the frustration IS REAL.
I have been maintaining successfully my body weight since end of 2019 and these 5 lbs have been so hard to take off “THE RIGHT WAY”..
Meaning: maintaining calories “high” to keep metabolism and exercise performance.
After being my own nutrition coach for 3 years and hitting a wall I had to objectively understanding the problem and analyze the situation instead of going to a soup diet 😝
1) my activity level hasn’t seeing a drastic chance (daily steps, workout, work etc)
2) my calories are the SAME as always and types of foods too
3) I didn’t gain that much muscle but definitely look less lean overall compared to last year pics

Only explanation: my metabolism got hit by a wall.
So there is no need to punish it by adding more cardio, taking away food and stress my body even more while trying to get stronger.

Instead I have to prioritize recovery, stress reduction, bring down the macros and gradually increase them as my metabolism builds it back up slowly.
Last time i had to do this (2016) took me a year 🥹 I hope It will be faster this time.

Sharing this as its important to not fall for the crash diets and unhealthy habits we are infused with ❤️❤️❤️

I have to admit that a few weeks ago I walked into a commercial gym and had a terrible workout because I felt like ppl were watching me when I was passing by/ lifting.
I was distracted”, “irritated”, “felt negatively judged by my look”.
Why I felt that way? Because in my past I was criticized by a few on looking too muscular. So in a moment of lack of self esteem I let that effect me.
Today tho I m happy to say that even if I was walking around like that. I just kept my eyes on the weights, my mind on the lift and my ears on the music
