What an epic beach day! I’m still on cloud 9!!!🙌🏼Thank you Micah for the amazing experience and teaching us how to surf and all the etiquette that comes with it. For all those people out there who want to learn how to surf, Micah is your dude. He is the modern day Bodhisattva! He’s so good at making you feel comfortable and at ease and he meets you right where you’re at.

Saturdays class mixing biceps, triceps, and legs. Allowing for enough recovery time between sets and hitting the upper and lower body. If you’re ever pressed for time, it’s a nice way to get focus on strength and stamina. Within these sets we are working on progressive overload and technique.
